 I started editing today, at long last. We all agreed that we would cut and paste various clips into a single spectacular video. It would make it quicker to edit. Shotcut  is the editing program I'm using; it's excellent and shockingly cost-free. Back to the crucial details now. I emailed myself all the video I had recorded on my phone. I opened Gmail on my computer and downloaded the videos. I entered them into Shotcut and started composing. I searched for a intense filter because the video we were making was meant to have a feel like it was high intensity. There were many options to choose from, and I found the  one I preferred. I put it in a video and voila, magic. Everything started piling up in my head, how could I develop this video further. I cut the clips with unnecessary parts and blurred a bit when transitioning between clips, so it looked like everything was filmed in one take. I was very proud of my edit and couldn't wait to present to my teammate

Another day for a blog. We finally finished recording our film. When we came the house we started to get everything ready. For the first scene we got the drone ready to use to get an aerial shot for a scene. But when we took the drone out there was a slight problem, it wasn't charged. We probably should have checked before recording. That's on us. So we decided while we wait for it to charge we will record the second scene. I decided to record for pretty much the whole thing because I didn't have a suit to use to be a character so recording was gonna have to do it for me. We finished the second scene getting shots of the bad guys which went well. By the time we finished that the drone finished charging. Which was pretty surprising since we were charging for barely 20 minutes. So we went back to recording the first scene which was the most fun. Since I was flying the drone. Since everyone else are characters I had to drive which was cool. I got the shots and landed it succes

 Welcome to another blog. It may be recording day but this isn't a recording blog. This blog is the leading up to the recording. On the last blog I talked about how I didn't feel well just days before today but I feel way better. This blog will be split into different parts of my day leading up until I record. Its early in the morning right now and I just ate and prepared all I need for today. I'm waiting to get picked up right now then we will start heading to the recording site. I was going to make another blog on the ride there but we got into a bit of trouble. So I'm recording at the house. We got into a small accident. It wasn't anything major just a rear bump. We got it resolved pretty quickly so I was fine but it was a little bit worrying. We were late to the recording but it was fine. Its time for the fun part, recording. I want going to make anymore but I decided to do a after recording writing. We managed to finish early which gave me more time to spend at

Another day another blog. It was supposed to be a big day. It has been leading up to this day for weeks. Filming day. But a couple days before the shoot I felt under the weather. I thought it might just be passing, but as I woke up it got worse, I was so sick. I was coughing loads and was sneezing every couple minutes. This is the worst thing that could have happened. It is still two days out from shooting but I'm not sure if i can recover by then. I was devastated. I put in tons of effort getting prepared for that day. I was packing clothes, props, and other things to finish the shoot on that day. I don't even know if we can reschedule the shoot. We made it that day because that was the day, we were all available. But I will make sure to double check with my group mates if we can change the date. I was most excited for this shot especially because of the freedom we got for the shoot. But today I just have to lay down and get some rest. But sometimes we have to accept that our

Another day of preparing for our shoot. Today we have to get our costumes together. Our costumes mainly consist of suit and ties. Getting costumes together it one of the most important parts of the whole process. It can make or break the whole film. Unfortunately I don't have suit. So I'm going to have to get one. The rest of my groupmates have one so ill ask where they got theirs. Or maybe ill rent on for a bit just for this shoot. But thinking about it now I might just be recording so I might not even need a suit. There's still some time before we record so we have time discuss the roles were all playing.  Another part of the costume that's needed is a walkie talkie. Luckily I have some at home. But we might have to buy some more cause it might not be enough for the whole group. Its time for production blogs. This will show the progress of what will we be doing to prepare ourselves for the recording of the film. One of our main recording devices will be a drone. Drones have revolutionized the way we capture footage for films, documentaries, and commercials. The use of drones in the film industry has grown exponentially in recent years. That will be a big step for our recording process and make the film look awesome. Sadly its not my drone it will be a group mates (I would love a drone for my self). The drone will be using is a DJI drone. DJI drones are very high tech drones and even used in real sets sometimes. DJI stands for Da-Jiang Innovations. They were established in 2006, same day as my birthday. another recording device were using is an iPhone. It will be the same one we used for our other films. I shouldn't be a problem since we used it for other recordings. Overall, we're thrilled to use a drone as one of our recording devices for our film. We

Welcome to the first production blog. We have to make a plan. Creating a schedule is essential when planning to record a short film. It helps to ensure that all necessary tasks are completed within a set timeframe. Avoiding delays or missed deadlines. The first step is to identify all the required tasks. Such as casting, location scouting, script development, equipment rental, and post-production editing. Me and my group mates have to make sure to get everything in order. But I'm pretty sure we got that handled. Then, assign a timeframe for each task. Ensuring there is enough time for each to be completed without rushing. It is important to consider any potential setbacks, such as weather or equipment malfunctions. With a well-planned schedule in place, recording a short film can be a smooth and successful process. In addition to creating a schedule, communication and collaboration among the production team are also crucial. On page 1 the bad guys are using a drone in order to find the president's room in order to calculate his exact location, this will serve as our establishing shot because it shows the main location.   On page 2 the bad guys are using separate ways of ascending their way to the president's room, they split up to scout for the president's protection . This scene will use lots of medium-long shots.       On page 3 the bad guys make their way into the president's room and find him lounging on his balcony, after they see the president, they capture him and start to bring him down this will include first-person shots.       On page 4, they are met with the president's protection forces and trade lethal blows until they enter the elevator . This will include long shots and over-the-shoulder shots.       On page 5 they get the president into the getaway car while losing more of their men, they are then able to transfer the president to the safe house where they deliver the
